Hoppy Birthday

I had been practicing doing a watercolour background as i did in Dreaming Of You The paper I used was a thin lining paper from the  Pound shop.  Since a lot of the things I have been trying are new to me I’m trying lots of different papers and media. I seem to be drawn to watercoloury (I know, not a real word) effects at the moment. maybe a phase? the frogs in this set are really cute and I thought they looked good hopping around in the water.

They were then mounted onto some dark green card in turn mounted onto some cream card stock. I embossed two squares around the edge of the picture to finish.

Stamps Used:
Oriental Crane – Chocolate Baroque
Docrafts  – Hot Diggity Dog (Treats)

Inks Used:
Distress Ink – Peeled Paint, Broken China
Versacolor –  Fresh green
