last time I tested out some colours and thoughts on tags.
I had the basic idea of what I wanted to create but it didn’t quite hit the mark for me.
I decided a change of colours might work, they were also a little plain. I stamped a flourish in the same colour as the background just to give a little interest, switched the green for red, toned down the yellow and changed the embossing powder to gold.
The design was then trimmed, matted into black card and glued onto an A6 sized card. A couple of embossed lines and a stamped heat embossed happy birthday and there it is.
There wasn’t anything wrong with the green tags they just didn’t have the same vibrancy as the red. This time I really do like it.
Bye for now. Have fun!
